Formally established in 2019 by Donnie C. Wright II, The Chizzle Shop represented the evolution of Wright Fitness.
Our Mission: to empower individuals to achieve their fitness goals
through personalized, results-driven training in a supportive, nurturing environment. We are committed to placing our clients' health and wellness at the heart of everything we do, providing expert guidance and motivation every step of the way. By focusing on individualized programs in our private gym we cater to each client's unique needs and aspirations, we aim to inspire lasting transformations—helping people not only reach their goals, but also cultivate sustainable, lifelong wellness.
Donnie held a firm belief that regardless of economic circumstances, everyone should have access to top-of-the-line and exceptional service. He was passionate about ensuring that high-quality resources and support were accessible to all, enabling everyone to pursue their fitness goals with the same level of care and dedication. This commitment to inclusivity and excellence was a cornerstone of Donnie's philosophy and vision for The Chizzle Shop, reflecting his deep-seated commitment to equality and empowerment in the realm of fitness and wellness.
Our Successor
My name is Yvette Becerra, and I’ve had the privilege of being a silent partner at Wright Fitness and The Chizzle Shop for the past seven years. This journey took a profoundly personal turn with the heartbreaking loss of our beloved founder, Donnie C. Wright II, who was not only my fiancé but also the father of our daughter, Melody.
In the wake of this loss, I’ve made the difficult yet resolute decision to step out of my silent role and assume an active leadership position. It is my commitment to honor our vision while infusing our mission with renewed dedication and purpose. Over the years, I’ve been closely involved in the operational and strategic aspects of our businesses, and I now have the privilege of officially leading The Chizzle Shop as its CEO.
In recent months, I’ve worked diligently to stabilize and grow the business in the face of this tragedy, including transitioning from a sole proprietorship to an LLC. This change has not only allowed for greater organizational structure and accountability but has also positioned The Chizzle Shop to better serve our community and support the independent trainers who rely on our space to build their businesses.
I firmly believe in the core mission of our business and am fully dedicated to providing a safe, elevated environment where fitness enthusiasts can thrive. Our focus is on delivering private, customized personal training services that cater to each individual’s unique goals, fostering a deeper connection to their health and well-being.
